Kristy has been working in public and private sector health and social services since 1999. She spent nearly a decade working for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration in Medicaid managed care operations and at the Division of Aging. She then served as the community liaison and call center manager for Aetna’s Indiana Care Select program. As a consultant, she has become a trusted researcher, proposal writer and program evaluator for state agencies and managed care organizations. She has traveled the Midwest hosting focus groups and public meetings to obtain participant, provider and other stakeholder feedback on new program design, existing programs and community needs.
