Erin Long serves as a Project Coordinator at Lawrance Policy Consulting, where she manages the firm’s marketing and payroll functions while supporting a wide range of client projects. Her work includes coordinating schedules, documenting meetings, conducting research, and assisting with project management to ensure seamless execution across engagements. 

Erin brings a diverse administrative background to LPC, with experience in real estate document management, banking customer service, and educational training support. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail enable her to effectively support complex projects and contribute to high-quality client outcomes. She has also recently focused on developing databases that help clients explore policy questions more efficiently and effectively. 

A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Erin combines analytical thinking with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, she enjoys genealogy research, solving puzzles, baking sourdough, and staying active with her three children’s activities.
